Phone reps really over complicated everything to up-sale me. Had 4 to 5 reps including a manager, give me confusing and misleading information about what I need to do to transfer service. Every person I spoke with, including the technician told me something different.
Now I have no service. Technician today was a no show, and no call.
I just keep getting the run around.
I’m frustrated having to re-explain everything only to have it go no where.
When paying full price for a service you don’t have; at the end of the day it doesn’t matter who’s to blame, or what the excuses are, I just want my internet to work the way it was. @ATT Why is this so complicated? Stop scamming people!!
In the meantime… I’m providing resources and bad press information about AT&T, until they compensate me for their un-professionalism and negligence towards consumers like me!
@ATTHelp@ATT can you tell me why you increased my bill after 2 months even though I had a valid for 12 month offer? Your company is misleading and I very upset with your company. You scam your customers into opening service with you and than jack up prices suddenly.
