Disease Before Plumbing
After the fall of the Roman Empire, Europeans despised all things Roman, including bathing. There was a widespread belief that getting wet caused illness. This contempt and fear of bathing persisted through the Dark Ages.
Some Europeans defied local customs by bathing, but this was usually done over great protest. When Queen Elizabeth bathed, her servants panicked, fearing she would become ill and die.
This resistance to bathing was brought across the Atlantic to America, influencing habits all the way into the 1800s. In 1835, Philadelphia almost passed an ordinance forbidding Read the rest here!wintertime bathing. Ten years later, Boston did outlaw bathing, except by medical directive. (Though this law was not widely enforced, it does illustrate the American resistance to bathing as late as the mid 1800s.)
How Plumbing Eradicated Disease
Before plumbing was widely used, indoor facilities consisted of a washstand and a washbowl, a pitcher, and a chamber pot or commode. Human waste was thrown into the street or anywhere convenient.
This total lack of sanitation in urban areas filled with rats and other vermin provided the perfect environment to spread disease. The Black Plague alone killed 75 million – 200 million people – including 1/3 of Europe’s population. Though this disease is not entirely eradicated, human infection has become a rare occurrence. The last plague epidemic in America was in the early 1900’s.
Because vaccines aren’t the primary driver of the eradication of disease.
If you want disease in Africa to decline, you don’t need vaccines (@ Gates). You need infrastructure and clean food/water sources

Over the past few weeks, there has been a slew of reporting on the alleged plot to kidnap Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, specifically, the fact that the FBI seems to have played a far more considerable role in it than had previously been reported. BuzzFeed News produced an exposé on the case detailing how the FBI used 12 informants and undercover FBI agents to infiltrate the Wolverine Watchmen militia group, which prosecutors allege planned to kidnap Whitmer in the run-up to the 2020 national elections.

The crypto bull run has been a free ride, 2021 experienced the greatest bubble so far, how long will this last? This current trend seems difficult to understand, and different from other times, a bunch of people live in disbelief of this new phase.
A lot of manipulations seem to be happening in the markets, the stock price is influenced, the crypto prices look like a rising bubble. The pump and dumps cause investors to think the stock market is being rigged. Technically, the stock market should function according to supply and demand, but there are some disadvantages for retail investors. Some bad hedge funds are manipulating the stock market by creating shares from thin air using naked shorts, attempting to bankrupt good companies.
There is a need for an awakening in the US markets, when the fundamentals adjust to the new reality, we will see a financial meltdown similar or worse to the financial crisis of 2008. Many experts have warned us that this is happening but most people are too addicted to easy gains to notice.
A better approach by individual investors would be to put their money in a safe place. Our team came out with the best research result from crypto and the stock market.
GameStop (GME) is number one on our list because there is a tremendous short squeeze happening now. Investors could benefit from gains similar to the way Tesla squeezed but on a much larger scale.

Then these mf’s are so dumb they can’t even pick up their phones so I can schedule a court date. What a joke? 🤡
No one acknowledges cops as the law, we acknowledge them as a state sponsored terrorist organization.

A shocking number of apps on your phone, ranging from sports to weather, are probably quietly selling your location data to the highest bidder. And according to documents obtained by Motherboard, that bidder is sometimes federal law enforcement.
The Secret Service paid millions of dollars to a company called Babel Street for its “Locate X” product, which tracks mobile devices using location data scraped from a number of apps, according to the documents. And because the agency is buying the data rather than obtaining it through the courts, it can do so without a warrant.
Normally, obtaining that sort of data would require the oversight of a judge. But purchasing it circumvents that requirement, meaning the shady practice can violate the spirit — if not the letter — of the Fourth Amendment.
A similar company, Venntel, sells location data to ICE and the IRS, according to an investigation by Senator Ron Wyden’s office. Again, the nature of the transaction means these agencies are able to track people down by their devices without judiciary approval.
“It is clear that multiple federal agencies have turned to purchasing Americans’ data to buy their way around Americans’ Fourth Amendment Rights,” Wyden told Motherboard.
He added that Babel Street has totally ignored his office’s questions, which include important details like whether the company actually respects people’s attempts to opt out of data collection.
“I’m drafting legislation to close this loophole, and ensure the Fourth Amendment isn’t for sale,” Wyden added.

With many focusing on tomorrow’s Cyber Polygon exercise, less attention has been paid to the World Economic Forum’s real ambitions in cybersecurity – to create a global organization aimed at gutting even the possibility of anonymity online. With the governments of the US, UK and Israel on board, along with some of the world’s most powerful corporations, it is important to pay attention to their endgame, not just the simulations.

A report published last year by the WEF-Carnegie Cyber Policy Initiative calls for the merging of Wall Street banks, their regulators and intelligence agencies as necessary to confront an allegedly imminent cyber attack that will collapse the existing financial system.
In November 2020, the World Economic Forum (WEF) and Carnegie Endowment for International Peace co-produced a report that warned that the global financial system was increasingly vulnerable to cyber attacks. Advisors to the group that produced the report included representatives from the Federal Reserve, the Bank of England, the International Monetary Fund, Wall Street giants likes JP Morgan Chase and Silicon Valley behemoths like Amazon.
