We need to provide an option for #Medicare #HealthCarePremiums to be paid for at the #Federal level.

This lapse is created by state welfare agencies who are not communicating with Social Security, and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services properly in a timely or efficient manner.

The simple solution is to provide an option for Medicare Premiums to be paid for in full at the Federal level; because state agencies have been bias towards beneficiaries, mis managing their monies, causing nothing but more problems for the poor.
